After the general greeting the following options are available:

  2 - to Transfer Funds
 3 - to report a Lost or Stolen Card
  4 - to change your PIN
 5 - for General Information
 0 - Information to contact a Customer Service Specialist (available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday)



 

If you select option 1, you’ll have the following options:

2 - for Savings Information
   
9 - to return to the beginning   
0 - Information to contact a Customer Service Specialist (available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday) 



After pressing 1, you will be asked to provide your checking account number and PIN. After providing that information, the telephone banking system will respond by giving you your available balance. 

You will then be given the following options:

1 - for the last 6 checks
   
2 - for information on a specific check

3 - for the last 6 deposits

4 - for the last 6 electronic withdrawals
 
5 - for the last 6 returned checks

6 - for direct deposit information

7 - for interest earned information

9 - to return to the beginning

0 - Information to contact a Customer Service Specialist (available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday)



If you select option 2 from the account information menu,

You will be asked to provide your savings account number and PIN. After providing that information, the telephone banking system will respond by giving you your available balance. You will then be given the following options:

2 - for their last direct deposit   
3 - for the last 6 electronic withdrawals
   
4 - for the last 6 withdrawals
   
5 - for interest paid information   
9 - to return to the beginning

If you select option 3 from the account information menu,

You will be able to report a lost or stolen ATM or Debit Card.

If you select option 4 from the account information menu,

You will be given the necessary instructions to change your PIN for your telephone banking account. [Initial PIN for all new telephone banking customers is set to the last 4 digits of their social security number. The system requires the customer to change their PIN the first time they access the system.]



If you select option 5 from the account information menu,

You will be taken to general information about First Southern including Bank locations, phone numbers, hours, ATM locations, marketing messages and our website information.



If you select option 0 from the account information menu,

You will be given instructions on how to reach a First Southern National Bank Customer Service Specialist (available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday).
