No registration is required for existing Online Banking customers. Simply open your phone’s web browser, enter our Web address [www.fsnb.net] and log in with your user ID and password. If you are not already an Online Banking user, enroll today.
What is Mobile Web Banking? |
Mobile Web Banking is a free service that enables registered Online Banking users to access account information, conduct transfers, and manage bill payments from any mobile device that has Web browsing capabilities and an active data plan. Note: Standard data usage carrier fees may apply.
Is Mobile Web Banking currently available to all users? |
Mobile Web Banking is available to all registered Online Banking users that have mobile devices with Web browsing capabilities and a subscription to a data plan through their wireless carrier.
Will Mobile Web Banking work on my mobile phone? |
Mobile Web Banking will work on any mobile device with Web browsing capabilities and an active data plan through a wireless carrier. Customers may check with their carrier if they are unsure if their phone is set up for data usage.
How does Mobile Web Banking work? |
Most users visiting www.fsnb.net on their phone’s Web browser will be automatically redirected to a mobile version of our webpage. This site is optimized specifically for screen-size and phone controls. If your phone is not automatically redirected, you can go directly to the address mobile.fsnb.net.
To log in, enter your user ID and password (the same as Online Banking) and select the Log In button. No separate registration or activation is required. Answer any security questions presented, and then select the Continue button to access Mobile Web Banking. Once logged in, you can access your accounts, pay bills and transfer funds between accounts.
How many transactions can I see on my phone at a time? |
Select an account name on the Accounts tab to view up to 15 transactions from the last 10 days. You may need to scroll to see all of your transactions. Select the More History button to view additional transactions.
Can I view scheduled transfers on my phone? |
Select the View Scheduled Transfers link on the Transfer tab to see up to 10 transfers scheduled over the next 30 days. Select the View More button to see additional transfers, if available. Select the Edit Scheduled Transfer link to change the Amount, From Account, To Account or Date for any future dated one‐time transfer.
Why can't I access the Bill Pay tab? |
The Bill Pay tab is only enabled for users that have registered for Bill Pay within our Online Banking application on a personal computer and have set up one or more payees (people or companies you want to pay). When you are ready to make payments on your phone, selecting the Bill Pay tab will open the Make a Payment screen.
Can I register for Bill Pay on my phone? |
At this time, you must register for Bill Pay through Online Banking on a personal computer.
Are my challenge question answers case sensitive? |
While your security questions are case sensitive when logging in on a personal computer, they are not case sensitive when logging in through Mobile Web Banking.
I have a new mobile device and phone number. Will Mobile Web Banking work on it? |
A registered Online Banking user may access Mobile Web Banking from any mobile device with Web browsing capabilities and active data plan through a wireless carrier.
Is it safe to bank using the Mobile Web Banking service? |
Mobile Web Banking is secure. You must provide the same login credentials within Mobile Web as you do to access Online Banking on a personal computer. In addition, all communication between your mobile device, wireless provider and the Mobile Web Banking server are encrypted.
Is help available through my mobile device? |
Help regarding the Mobile Web Banking product is available via the Contact Us link on the Mobile Web sign-in page, or by contacting our Customer Service Department toll-free at 866-602-3762. For help regarding your mobile device and/or wireless Internet connectivity, please contact your wireless provider.
What does the 'Remember this phone' checkbox do? |
Selecting the Remember this phone checkbox activates extra security for your phone so you don’t have to enter the security challenge questions the next time you access Mobile Web Banking using that phone. If you wish to answer your security questions on your next login, select the link Remove extra security from this phone once inside Mobile Web Banking.
My session timed out pretty quickly, can I change the timeout value? |
For your security and protection, after five minutes of inactivity you will be automatically logged out of the system and a Session Expired message will display. At the present time, this timeout interval cannot be changed.
